William is a highly experienced transformation consultant, company director, and programme manager who blends together deep expertise in project management, data, and business functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Ops, Risk, IT). With a diverse career spanning multiple countries, cultures, and industries, William leverages his natural leadership skills to bring together motivated teams of diverse stakeholders to tackle challenging problems – cutting through ambiguity and getting to the heart of issues.

After he saw his clients getting bad advice from (expensive) consultants, and implementing software that wouldn’t meet their needs, he became disillusioned with status quo and founded Modern Productivity (almost out of protest) to demonstrate what is possible for a fraction of the cost. When he’s not running projects or helping clients work more effectively – he loves writing music, latin dancing, scuba diving, and skiing.
