The Experts

Meet the Flowgrammers.

We're a collective of problem-solvers, operational thinkers, and builders. We don't just solve problems - we challenge the premises behind them and re-engineer for maximum efficiency. Every individual shares a passion for simplicity, function, and results.

William Devos

William Devos Founder

William's career began inside Lloyds Banking Group's international divestment programme, giving him an unusually early view of how large organisations work across jurisdictions, cultures, and functions - from Uruguay and Hong Kong to India. Sharpened over fourteen years in banking, pharma, and transformation programmes, his leadership, project delivery, business analysis, commercial acumen, and data expertise are why he can solve complex, deep-rooted issues that span multiple departments and systems. He tackles challenges from the bottom up with a first principles approach - getting his hands dirty - working alongside junior data-entry resources right up to the highest leadership, and navigating organisational politics when the stakes are high. Those convictions are set out in the founding philosophy and embodied in the team he builds. Outside of work he loves salsa dancing, scuba diving, and writing music.

Alissandra D'Abreo

Alissandra D'Abreo Consultant

Alissandra brings a business analysis lens to client engagements - spending time with teams to understand how work really gets done, then reporting back with the clarity needed to keep delivery grounded. Behind the scenes she does the necessary preparatory work (e.g. data hygiene, dashboards, and light implementations) that get clients ready to optimise how they work. In her spare time, she likes running 5ks, gaming, reading books, and for some reason... hates cabbages.

Chris Back

Chris Back Principal Data Consultant

Chris joins Modern Productivity to strengthen the team's data capability - particularly as clients navigate AI. He brings deep domain expertise in structuring data correctly as a catalyst for business success, building foundations that hold up before tooling, dashboards, or LLM models are layered on top. By understanding processes end to end Chris can quickly translate complex operations into systems thinking, helping implementations, data migrations, and projects succeed. He's currently acquiring a degree in Business Analysis, and hobbies include keeping fit and playing board games... apparently the thicker the rule book the better.

Debasmita Dassharma

Debasmita Dassharma Principal Software Development Consultant

Debasmita brings hands-on experience running software development teams, with a sharp eye for the legacy systems, brittle integrations, and technical debt that invisibly destroy delivery. She specialises in locating and flushing out technical debt so teams ship more efficiently and faster, with foundations that stay maintainable long after the project closes. Outside work she enjoys classical dance, cooking, and writing poetry.
